30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or never arrives, you're covered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

How to start a claim

Email bharwanialy@gmail.com with your order number and, for damaged or defective items, a quick photo. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Change-of-mind returns

Because each paddle ships individually, we don't accept change-of-mind returns at this time. Please double-check your selection (1 paddle vs. 2-pack) before ordering.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
